Welcome to Zen Sea Villas, Our Retreat Home for 6 days! This is a luxury villa directly on the beach of Jade Bay features a private beach, pool, pool deck and lounging palapa. The moment you enter into the common areas ( kitchen, dining and living room) of the villa you will experience a captivating and enchanting views of the turquoise sea!
The energy of Tulum is so electric, creative and fun. It also holds the capacity for deep healing work as we do a deep dive into the transformative medicine of this culture. It is my desire that we find the balance between the dark and the light, the fun and the work so I was intentional about choosing a retreat space that is luxurious and expansive.

Temazcal Ceremony
We will journey into the hart of the jungle to receive from a shaman who will lead us in ceremonty. Commonly referred to as a sweat lodge, Temazcal is pre-colonial system of detoxification and purification of the mind, body & spirit. The igloo like structure of a Temazcal represents mother's womb and the ritual signifies return of oneself to the womb to disconnect with the outer world and re-connect with the inner-self. This ceremony will help us detox physically and mentally, cleanse our respiratory system, as well as stimulating our emotional release.
Sound Journey Experiences
Sound has the capacity to activate, cleanse, and balance our energy centers. We will have several sound baths which will include ancient and modern instruments indigenous to the land combined with essential oils and more.
Cacao Ceremony
Is an opportunity to connect to yourself and open your heart. Cacao was used centuries ago by the Mesoamerican culture and considered a sacred medicinal plant, the elixir of Gods.
In a cacao ceremony, we drink and eat this plant medicine to support our healing & growth while we hear histories and enjoy music. Helps to cultivate greater self-love, awareness, expansion of our consciousness, your understanding of who you are, release old patterns and traumas, or just move into a more self-confident space.
Story- telling, dance and sound journey are included in this session to activate our chakras.
Kambo Ceremony
The Kambo Ceremony that I offer provides a safe and sacred way to receive a Kambo treatment. A Kambo treatment is a unique, natural, and holistic medicinal treatment that offers deep cellular cleansing, energetic healing, and personal empowerment. By cleansing and energizing the mind and body, Kambo helps refresh, realign, and upgrade the whole system of mind-body-spirit.
My Kambo Ceremony is a healing journey composed of Indigenous healing methods, earth-honoring rituals, grounding meditation, sacred music, and therapeutic sound. Through a combination of these elements, the ceremony offers initiation into new levels of personal power, health, and harmony.
You Receive Coaching Too...
As part of my retreat philosophy, it is important that I support each client in activating and integrating into their retreat experience. Oftentimes, we are transitioning from spaces without necessary preparation to stabilize our nervous system and our energetic bodies to receive this level of transformation.
Therefore, you will receive monthly coaching strategy sessions from several healing professionals. This way, you will have the optimal support to release into this dynamic experience and open up to receiving fully as you integrate this healing work into your daily practice.
Our retreat philosophy values intimacy, authenticity and respect for the land, the culture, and her people. Therefore, we move in this space with much reverence as we only invite 8 souls into the container prepared to offer back to the land.

Katherine Searcy, MDiv., LICSW is a licensed psychotherapist, intuitive energy healer, Usui Reiki Master, and visionary life coach specializing in the areas of spiritual and emotional health.
She has been in the healing and helping profession for over 10 years as a chaplain and social worker, offering emotional and spiritual modalities to help clients and families at the most vulnerable stages in their lives.
She translated this experience to a mind body spirit approach to helping clients overcome lifelong challenges, remove blocks, and experience a level of freedom to live their best possible life.
Katherine loves creating healing spaces for women of color to release into the fullness of their personal power and tap into their feminine energy in safe and supportive ways.

When and Where is the Retreat?
This retreat will be held in Tulum, Mexico which is 2 hours away from Cancun. This is an international retreat so passport is required.

When do I have to sign up by?
The sooner, the better as there are only 1 spot available for these dates. We will be opening up a second cohort for October October 24th-October 29th.
Paid in full price is $5,555. Payment plans are available for up to 36 months.
If you are interested in the pay in full option, then you can join in anytime 4 weeks prior to the retreat date as long as there is still space.
Is there anything not included in the retreat enrollment?
The only things NOT included in retreat enrollment is your air travel and passport fees. One airport transfer is included to the retreat villa and back to the airport.
Please note, we will be flying into Cancun (CUN) airport. We will need to know your arrival time as one shuttle will depart San Juan's airport to bring you to the resort at a designated time (tbd based on majority attendees arrival). If you land after shuttle departure, you must arrange your own transportation from the airport to the retreat location.
**A list of available transportation services will be provided for you upon enrollment.
Can I book a private room?
Yes, there are options for private and shared rooms in the retreat villa.
What happens if the retreat is cancelled due to unforeseen events?
If some out of the ordinary disaster happens (ie. global pandemic travel restrictions) and the retreat can no longer take place at it's scheduled date, we will simply reschedule the retreat for a later time.
What's the cost of the retreat?
The cost for this 6 day, 5 night retreat is $4,997 for double occupancy (4 available) and $5,555 for single occupancy. Flexible payment plan is available which is as low as $175/monthly.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Deep Breath Healing LLC reserves the right to cancel any trip for any reason, but will not cancel a retreat less than 60 days before departure except for unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside of Deep Breath Healing LLC control.
Cancellation by Participant: Please be sure you want to attend. While we understand that life happens, we cannot refund or transfer any deposits for our retreats. Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but we have costs already incurred when reserving retreat centers and excursions. In order to protect yourself, purchase travel insurance prior to your trip.
Cancellation by Deep Breath Healing LLC: We may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure, due to natural disasters, terrorism, political instability, COVID-19, or other external events that make it no longer viable to operate the planned retreat. If your trip is canceled, we will notify you immediately and provide instructions for the next steps. In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control, credits will be less any unrecoverable costs. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to vaccinations, travel insurance, or non-refundable flights.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please wait to book your airline ticket until the retreat has been confirmed with the minimum number of participants. You will be notified via email. A minimum number of participants is required in order for the retreat to run. In the event that we cancel a retreat due to an insufficient number of participants, you will be credited all retreat costs paid to Deep Breath Healing LLC. To help you recover any potential losses, we strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking.
